Popcorn for Mary and a Winner!

I've blogged about this before but I think popcorn is the perfect food for today's Solemnity of the Annunciation and it's become a little tradition of ours.  I love to find catechetical and liturgical meaning in easy ways and throwing a bit of popcorn in a paper bag and microwaving it for a couple of minutes certainly qualifies as easy.  And today?  Today is a day where I need easy.  Maybe you, too.  You know that trick, right?  About a third a cup of popcorn in a paper bag and nuked for about 2-2 1/2 minutes and you've got popcorn without any of those nasty ingredients added.

Incarnational teaching via popcorn.  That's how I roll.

And now...the winner of the beautiful rosary from Mother's Crown...

Lindsay B.!

I'm sending you an email to get your address!  Congrats and hope you enjoy it!
Happy Solemnity, peeps!
