Mama, I Made a Poem!


Archery

I hastened, I looked, 
I prayed to the sky,
I pulled the string back
and let the arrow fly!

And it flew so gracefully
that I never knew 
it hit the bull's eye!

The gold medal in archery,
the judge cried out loud, 
goes to our boy John Paul!

And the crowd cheered loud.
